Information we collect

When you voluntarily join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address, ZIP code, your confirmation that you are at least 18, and your affirmative consent to waitlist and launch emails. You may also choose to share an age range and golf handicap range. We store the time and version of the consent statement. If you visit using campaign links, we may record source, medium, and campaign labels.

Our hosting and spam-prevention providers may process technical information such as IP address, device/browser signals, and request information for security, performance, and fraud prevention. We do not request your phone number, employer, precise location, or app credentials through this waitlist.

How we use information

• Record and manage your waitlist request, including preventing duplicate signups.
• Send the waitlist and product-launch emails you agreed to receive.
• Understand where interest is building and plan potential market openings.
• Protect the website against spam, misuse, and security threats.
• Respond to privacy requests and meet applicable legal obligations.

Joining the waitlist does not create a mobile app account or grant a membership entitlement. We do not use waitlist submissions to automatically set Founding Member status.

Service providers and disclosures

We use Vercel for website hosting and server-side request processing, a separate Supabase project for marketing waitlist storage, and Cloudflare Turnstile to check whether signup requests are legitimate. Those providers may process data in accordance with their service terms. We may also use an email-delivery provider when waitlist updates begin; this page should be updated to identify any newly enabled service before it receives waitlist data.

We do not sell waitlist information or use advertising pixels in this website build. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website is designed without advertising trackers. Cloudflare Turnstile may use browser signals or cookies needed for fraud prevention. Basic website analytics may be enabled after launch using Vercel Web Analytics; the current build leaves optional analytics off unless explicitly configured. We will describe any further analytics or cookies before enabling them.

Retention and security

We retain waitlist records while they are reasonably needed for launch communications, operational planning, and compliance, or until an applicable deletion request is processed. We protect submissions with HTTPS, private database access, server-side validation, and bot verification. No internet system can guarantee perfect security.

Your choices and requests

You can unsubscribe from future waitlist emails using the unsubscribe method included in each such message. You can also request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist information by contacting privacy@fairwaymatch.com. We will review requests according to applicable law, including any relevant identity-verification or retention requirements.

Age and geography

The marketing waitlist currently accepts submissions from people aged 18 or older and requests a United States ZIP code. Please do not submit information if you are under 18. A ZIP code helps us understand general market interest; this website does not request precise GPS location.

Changes and contact
