These terms apply to your use of the Fairway Match LLC marketing website and waitlist. The Fairway Match mobile app will be governed by separate terms when it becomes available.
Waitlist participation
Joining the waitlist means you are asking to receive communications about Fairway Match and its availability. The waitlist does not create an app account, guarantee an invitation, reserve a position in a market, confer paid or free membership, or establish Founding Member eligibility. The company may decide when and where to open markets.
Founding Member information
Fairway Match's current founding model provides Basic membership free to qualifying members who register before their market opens, subject to the final market-opening rules. These rules, qualification requirements, and the app's entitlements must be confirmed independently from this website before benefits are granted. No referral rewards, sponsored rounds, giveaways, or other benefits are offered by these terms.
Your submissions
Provide accurate information and only submit details that belong to you. You must be 18 or older to join this marketing waitlist. Do not submit another person's personal information, false signups, automated submissions, or malicious content. We may remove abusive or fraudulent submissions.
Website content
The website describes a product being developed. Illustrations, sample profiles, percentages, and example round listings are not live data or guarantees that a specific feature will be available at launch. We may revise features, launch regions, timing, and information on the site without advance notice.
Intellectual property
The Fairway Match name, original site text, designs, and other intellectual property may be protected by applicable law. Do not republish the website content or impersonate Fairway Match without permission. This paragraph does not override rights you may have under applicable law.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but it may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fairway Match LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this promotional website.
